We believe that:

• some processes work better than others and we know that we have found “the one”.

• there is strength in numbers.

• everybody needs a coach.

• real “teams” are rare outside of sport but are worth finding.

• sometimes what we like the least is what we need the most.

• we often need others to remind us of what we already know.

• giving everything we’ve got in workouts transcends into all parts of life.

• eating better makes us feel better.

• life is too short not to take it seriously but way too long not to enjoy the whole ride.

• As the famous country song says, “The best things come from small towns and big dreams”.
